Richard Turton is primarily a photographer of people. Now and then he shoots rooms and architectural spaces but mostly it’s people who end up in front of his lens. Sometimes it’s people doing amazing physical feats or lifting very heavy things and sometimes it’s creative people like musicians.
When he is not listening to music, perusing obscure postage stamps of North Africa or reading books of social psychology, he can be regularly found shooting jazz, documenting homeless folks or developing websites.
